Longer commitments allow us to offer you a better rate. At ৳500/month on the 12-month plan, you pay ৳6,000 total — compared to ৳12,000 if you paid the regular ৳1,000/month rate. That's ৳6,000 saved!

The Student Plan is ৳400/month (minimum 3 months = ৳1,200 total). You must present a valid student ID from any recognised university or college at registration. The plan is renewable every 3 months as long as you remain a student.

No! FitZone has zero joining fee. You only pay the plan price. We also offer a 7-day free trial on all plans — no credit card required during the trial period.

Yes, you can upgrade from a 3-month to a 6-month or 12-month plan at any time. We will adjust the remaining balance proportionally and apply the new rate going forward.

You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months per plan cycle for medical reasons or travel. 6-month and 12-month plan holders get one free freeze per cycle; 3-month and student plan holders get a freeze at a nominal ৳100 administrative fee.

You will receive a reminder 7 days before expiry. You can renew at the same or a different plan. If you do not renew, access is paused automatically — no automatic charge.
